I have spent many thousands of dollars investing in my mental and physical health over the last few years. Countless dollars on holistic healing products and practices. Most of the time, I felt like I had very little guidance. I always knew of the phrase " 30 days change your habits", but I never knew where or how to start. Was I doing the right thing? Eating the right food? Thinking the right thoughts? Using the right products? Sounds familiar doesn't it?!
If you are ready to make this change or started to on your own but feel a bit lost, you are in the right place. You didn’t find me by accident. I have created a 14 week program for people just like you.
Together, for your first 21 days, we will establish new habits for you to transform into your new lifestyle. By the end of the 14 weeks, you will have learned how to eat according to your body type, how to meditate and manifest your goals, some really awesome meal ideas, all about your human design, how to manage your time during the days so you can fit in self-care practices, workouts, meal prep, and so much more!
Remember, 21 days creates a habit, 90 days creates a lifestyle.
When you sign up for the 14 week program, you will have 24/7 access to documents about fitness, nutrition, Doshas, human design, how to complete your check in, weekly meditation/journal work, and more! You will also receive 3 distance energy healing sessions throughout the duration of the program.
There will be a one-week assessment period before the 14-weeks program officially begins. The assessment is a Word document for you to fill out which will serve as a digital journal for the week. You will keep a log of the food you eat all day long for that week. You will also be asked to take photos of each meal and log your emotions with the meal as well as the time of day you ate the meal. You will also log your daily and nightly routines as well as the time you have to commit to your workouts.
You will have access to a private app on your phone or computer where your workouts will be scheduled. Based on the days and times you are able to workout, as well as your goals, you will be provided a schedule of when and what to work out. We will go over where you prefer to work out, home or the gym, and what equipment you are comfortable using. You will be held accountable through the app to complete your workout for each scheduled session. This plan will change every 4-5 weeks depending on your progress towards your goal!
Not all programs are a one size fits all. This is how I approach the wellness and nutrition side of coaching. We are all different. We love different foods, we have different habits, and different lives! What works for me, won't necessarily work for you. I will help you learn to balance your life, work, family, and nutrition goals without feeling like you are giving up the things you love. We will establish small goals every week so achieve your long term goal at the end of the 14 weeks so you can truly change your lifestyle.
Knowing and understanding your Dosha will give you a more personalized understanding to balancing your lifestyle. You can be one of the three or a mix of any, Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha. Each Dosha has its own characteristics and behaviors and we will work with yours to optimize balancing your lifestyle!
Human design is a combination of ancient and modern sciences used for human understanding. This is what makes you different from everyone else! Knowing and understanding your human design will help you lead a more fulfilling life.
Our chakras are possibly the most important aspect of energy healing. During this course, you will learn about each of the seven chakras, crystals and essential oils to aid in the healing of blockages and you will be given journaling exercises to begin to heal your chakras.
You will be given 1-2 weeks to complete each journal exercise as well as access to additional content to learn more about your chakras and other ways to tap in to heal yourself!
Meditation is an excellent practice for everyone. It allows you to think mindfully and be in a calm state. Each week you will be given a meditation to practice and journal your experience afterwards. We will start small, 2-5 minutes per day and work our way up to longer periods of time without the help of a guided meditation.
By the end of your 14 weeks you will be able to meditate successfully on your own as needed to life a mentally healthier lifestyle.
I know I can't put a price on journey now that I have achieved significant mental and physical health.
